Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

By using Digiscam ("the service"), you agree to these terms.

What Digiscam does

The service receives messages you forward via WhatsApp, analyses them with an AI model, and returns a verdict indicating whether the content appears to be a scam. It is an informational tool to help you make safer decisions — not a substitute for your own judgment, professional advice, or law enforcement.

Acceptable use

Rate limits

To keep the service free and fast for everyone, we limit the number of scans per phone number per day (currently 20/day, 100/month). Limits may change.

No warranties

Digiscam is provided "as is". AI verdicts can be wrong. You are responsible for your own decisions. A "safe" verdict does not guarantee a message is safe; a "scam" verdict does not guarantee criminal intent.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digiscam and its operators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its verdicts.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who abuses the service. You may stop using the service at any time by simply not forwarding messages.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
